I see some members of the appeals panel have expressed concerns about Judge Sullivan’s bias, which is a good sign I guess.

Exactly correct. If General Flynn keeps fighting it exposes the corruption.
If he gets a pardon all the blame will go to President Trump and General Flynn will forever be known as guilty.
That is why the deep state doesn’t want to give up even though they know they will eventually lose.
