Has Fauci ever explained whether a positive result is the same as actually being sick?

Since the pandemic started he has, by my count, been asked exactly FIVE pointed and challenging questions. And those were from Jim Jordan and Rand Paul. The media has given him a total pass. If we had a media who was willing to ask him the obvious questions he would have been toast sometime in April.
