Simply make HCQ and Azithromycin OTC drugs. If a patient develops a cough and/or fever they can go to the local drug store and purchase the meds with Zinc Sulfate within 48 hours to control the Covid virus.......instead of waiting to get tested and waiting 5 days for test results, by then you are dead if over 70 years of age. Pandemic over.

One of the most disingenuous things to come out of this has been to evaluate HCQ’s against already sick, and in some instances very sick, patients.

The benefits of any anti-viral medications are marginal at best if given more than 3 to 4 days after first symptoms.

I agree to make HCQ OTC. My wife got tested and it took 18 days to get the results. Good thing it was negative. 89 years old.
