The governors of these shithole city states could have Imposed strict curfews and called in the national guard. They have done nothing because their deep state handlers told them not to stop the terrorists.
I am sad to say this but Blacks are unable to govern responsibly. Stop putting them in positions in which they have no chance of successfully performing.
