Pay Attention please because most Americans have not a clue as to how our Taxes and Spending in Congress operates.
>1. ALL Funds that go to the Government from Taxes,Fees,Penalties,... Are used to PAY OFF Existing Maturing Government Debt. NOT A PENNY GOES TO ANYTHING ELSE!!!
2. ALL Spending every single year goes through the appropriation process and every last Nickel Spent is FRESHLY CREATED MONEY from the Federal Reserve Corporation. Usually in the name of T Bills and Sold to Investors, but either way they portray it EVERY NICKEL WAS CREATED, none of it comes from anywhere else.
