Not a low-level soldier but a senior FBI lawyer involved in obtaining a fake FISA warrant against Carter Page to spy on the entirety of the Trump campaign.
This is clearly a plea deal with cooperation a part plus some prison time.

Clinesmith did not get this deal without telling Durham EVERYTHING he knows about the criminal of all the others. A violation of the terms would mean he is exposing himself to far greater punishment.
My guess is that some other person who is still employed by the DOJ/FBI will be next. Could be McCabe.
