The bad thing about these articles is the writer doesn’t live in the real world and the people reading it usually don’t. I have lived in the projects and I have been to them many many times. Black and Puerto Rican women are being raped daily by black and Puerto Rican men. Yes black on white rape is much much higher than white on black. But black-on-white numbers don’t even come close to black-on-black numbers.
the writer makes rapists sound like only those men that actively go out on the hunt, being incredibly insensitive to the women by the hundreds of thousands or millions who face it at home everyday in the projects.
And many times those rapes are accompanied by beatings.

IIRC, white on black rape is just about non-existent.

I don’t believe the writer was trying to claim that it did. His main point was that black on white or Asian crime crime is usually covered up and not reported as such by the media.
