Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf (D) asked the states Supreme Court to extend the deadline for mail-in votes to be counted after the U.S. Postal Service warned that some ballots may not make the Election Day deadline.
Voters in Pennsylvania can request a mail-in ballot for the November 3 election as late as October 27. In order to be counted, ballots must be received by Election Day, but a recent warning from the U.S. Postal Service has officials scrambling. According to a letter from Thomas J. Marshall, general counsel and executive vice president of the U.S. Postal Service, ballots requested close to the deadline may not return in time and could, therefore, be excluded from the official count.
There is a risk that ballots requested near the deadline under state law will not be returned by mail in time to be counted under your laws as we understand them, Marshall wrote in a July 29 letter which was unveiled as part of a lawsuit to extend the counting deadline to Pennsylvania State Secretary Kathy Boockvar (D):

Hey, a modest proposal for Pennsylvania: change the deadline for requesting a mail-in ballot to an earlier date. How about October 13th?

I hate my Governor.
How about advising voters to show up in person to make sure there vote gets counted properly?
Isn’t Wolf always advising us about masks, distancing, capacity, etc. being safe and all that?
Send each polling place a few rolls of duct tape to put 6-ft-apart “X” marks on the sidewalk. Cost: couple hundred grand, tops.
‘I hate my Governor.’
yeah, he and Richard (where’d I put my) ‘Dick’ Levine are a couple of real gems...
And in the very fine print of sub, sub, subsection XYZ is the proviso that DemoRATs get to use all the bags full of ballots they have stashed away in the car trunks, so that any election, local, state, national, where the Republican is not light years ahead of the DemoRAT, the ALL TRUNK VOTES MATTER clause comes into play and is enacted ‘for the children.’
y question is why is the Governor asking the State Supreme Court to change the current law instead of going to the Legislature? The Legislature can change the law, the court should not touch it.
They need more time to validate fraud
The legislature is majority Republican and would oppose it, so the fascist dictator Governor goes to the State Supreme Court that is packed with Soros judges loyal to the marxist cause.
People shouldn’t wait till the last minute to vote especially vote by mail. Just move up the date when the ballots have to be in by.
The left might panic when it realizes it strategy if mail-in voting make them dependent on the laziest, most unfocused, time and task unaware people (their base) to perform a specific task ahead of time and according to specific instructions.
Just like they all mail in their credit card payments like clockwork.
Me too.
The best description of PA is it's like Alabama, BUT with Philly and Pittsburgh on either side of the state.
PA is a very conservative living state, and out side of those two metro areas, the voting is catching up with the way people live.
Without voter fraud, PA would be as red as Texas.
Another reason for the demonrats to contest losing the election and fomenting violence and chaos.
Liberal court will grant his request.
Democrats want chaos with the count.
They want an electoral college breakdown because there are lawsuits over the count.
They want violent riots.
They want a hard coup this time.
Well, for Pete’s sake...the dhimmicraps won’t know how many fake votes they’ll need for a few days after the election, so this should work to their fraudulent advantage...
Stop the MAIL-IN VOTE!
No! Paybacks are a b*tch, Tommy!
And so it starts..............
