I got mine yesterday! Showed it to my Indian pharmacist to get the proper dose. If your zinc/quercetin is 22mg/800mg,
then one a day should be sufficient.
I’m getting quercetin today. Without zinc, how much do I take? I am already taking zinc (lozenges I know and love that stop every cold along with Liquid vitamin c) 3x daily. I also put copper in my nasal rinse to keep from becoming deficient instead of taking copper orally.
