Jewish Democrats could give a rats behind about Israel, that is the problem..their priority is abortion, social issues..they would hand Israel to Gaza in 5 seconds if they had the chance..the Jews that vote Republican are Orthodox Jews
‘Modern Orthodox’ (Orthodox Union) mostly support Dems like the non-religious. ‘Young Israel’ is the most conservative of the Modern Orthodox.
Agudath Israel and hassidic Jews are the most conservative, but they are not a large percentage of Jews. Only 10% or so of Jews are Orthodox of any kind, and Agudath and hassidim are a minority of that.
Hard to imagine the Jewish vote mattering outside of Florida anyway. There are far more non-voting self-described Christians.
