Thanks for posting this list.
But, there is another more insidious issue not addressed here. That issue is, state Pharma bureau’s not allowing pharmacies to fill off label prescriptions for HCQ even when doctors write scripts for it. Many pharmacies are simply refusing to fill the prescriptions.
Most do have that option and a lot of them are worried about being sued. There’s a few states that have statements reminding the pharmacist of that too. Not quite a threat but ...
Not much Trump or anyone can do about that. I guess that’s the Frontline Doctor’s point is that it should be easier. Pharmacists have a lot of discretion and I don’t see any way to force a leftist pharmacist into prescribing something against their will. Zelenko gets a hold of hcq in NY. That black female Frontline doctor was getting a hold of it in Texas. It’s out there and by most laws is prescribe-able.
That lupus site does address laws/rules/regs for doctors and pharmacists. Finding a doctor who will prescribe it AND knows a pharmacist that will fill the prescription is a different ball game as both are given full leeway for discretion. The rules are written to not interfere which is generally good but it goes both ways.
“Refusung”...in Oregon I believe Pharmacies are banned from filling...unless hospitalized
