Senator Lucas clearly broke the law and her oath of office...if she and other elected can do so without consequences, we have no law and order. No one, not even an elected black woman is above the LAW. Is the Law just for taxpayers and voters, all citizens other than elected?

If: Democrat
Then: No prosecution.

Period.

That is, until after CW-II.

Then the b*stard had better hide and hide well. *sswipe!

Being charged is one thing, being indicted, tried, convicted and imprisoned are 4 other things. Bet she walks.

She’s a good Democrat, so she has immunity from prosecution or consequences.

I thnk this is sarcasm, but in today’s world, who knows.

I know a very decent individual who ran for Virginia State Senate and lost.

The fact that the voters there turned their backs on him but would elect somebody like THIS speaks volumes.

I remember her when I worked there years ago and she is a horrible person. Couldn’t happen to a better person

If it is convicted, Gov Jolson will pardon it.
