Last week, Dean found out that she was taken off the list to testify at a hearing geared toward understanding why and how the pandemic took root in New York nursing homes.
During the hearing, Zucker defended the administration’s response and declined to provide key data points sought by Democrats and Republicans, including a rough estimate of how many nursing home residents have died in hospitals because of the novel coronavirus. Zucker cited worry that those numbers could include double-counts of deaths.
She said New York State Sen. Thomas O'Mara, a Republican, had admitted to her "that they [the Senate Majority] were uncomfortable having [her] as a witness," so they took her off the list. Speaking on the “Brian Kilmeade Show” last week, Dean said she believed Cuomo or his administration were behind the decision.

I’m glad Janice Dean is speaking up good and loud about COVID. I don’t know why, but Janice seems bulletproof against losing her job or professional status by being so open.
Maybe that’s what it is, she is saying all this in plain sight of whoever is paying attention. It also helps that Jan has been well liked by her co-workers for a long time.
It wasn’t just Cuomo. Back it March the state legislature passed a law enabling Il Duce to do whatever the heck he wanted until they say otherwise. And the legislature has no intention of ever saying otherwise.

If we applied the same standards used at the Nazi trials in Nuremberg, Fauci & Cuomo would be stretching ropes in some prison courtyard. Fauci for his constant negative comments re. LIFESAVING HCQ and Cuomo for sending all those old-timers into the COVID rich retirement homes.

I’ve been thinking about Nuremberg in the context of Covid terrorism inflicted on us by Fauci, Cuomo, and DiBlasio.
Of Course, Cuomo blames Trump, that’s what Dems do.
The one thing politicians NEVER do is take blame when the screw up.

I was saddened and angered to hear about your Father-in-Law’s and Mother-in-Law’s deaths.
You and your husband were cruelty cheated out of being there for your loved ones, and they died alone.
I find that despicable.
Gov. Cuomo can be stripped of his sovereign immunity for violating 18 USC § 241, the civil rights conspiracy statute and 18 USC § 242, deprivation of rights under color of law, not just any right, but the most senior right, the very first right enumerated in the Bill of Rights, the right to life!
Since you and your husband lost loved ones you have standing to bring suit to strip this, this (words fail me) of his sovereign immunity.
You can open the floodgates for a thousand wrongful death civil lawsuits, and no future governor or government employee will risk everything he or she owns and their coveted civil service pension.
You owe that to your FIL and MIL and to future generations! While we're at it criminal charges are in order. There’s what’s called “depraved heart” murder - from Findlaw:

Make no mistake, he intended for people to die, we ‘know’ that, but what we know and what we can prove in court aren’t always the same. We can prove he acted with a depraved heart!
Bring federal depraved heart murder charges against Governor Cuomo, who ordered infectious patients into facilities with the very most vulnerable people, and conspiracy charges to any minion who executed those orders.
Crush them like cockroaches, set the standard, be the example for others elsewhere to follow. You have the bully pulpit to very publically make it known far and wide that this was a depraved heart murder!
You have the legal standing to file suit and make a multigenerational difference. I beg of you, please do!

I didn’t vote for sonofabitch, but he tried to kill my mother and everyone else in the nursing home. And because of HIS diktats, she hasn’t been able to have any visitors. I haven’t been able to visit my own mother since March. Yet, the bastard Cuomo, whom I DID NOT VOTE FOR and neither did most of upstate NY, lets prisoners have full contact visits (as long as you wear a face diaper). I told my mother she should’ve committed a felony, then she could have visitors.
Please, stop blaming “the voters” and saying “we deserve it”. You didn’t deserve Obama, yet you had to deal with him for 8 years because of the “voters”.
Blame NYC voters, perhaps. Certainly blame the Democrats, blame the media. But there is a huge number of us who had no part in this and do not deserve it.
