Tough call. I would tend to say no, but part of me wants to know what they don’t want me to see. I don’t believe for a minute it has anything remotely to do with student’s “privacy”.

what are they going to do if you sign the form and watch anyhow? Kick the kid off that will lead to an immediate lawsuit and even faster injunction against the school while the case begins its lifecycle.
These people are stupid they are picking a fight and they don't even know it.
After losing the lawsuit the school will have less money than before and parents will have less need of this physical school
