Wilmington Police have arrested a 21-year-old woman in connection with an offensive touching and robbery investigation, police said Saturday.
Officials said on August 20 at approximately 8:08 p.m., police were dispatched to the 600 block of South Justison Street in reference to an offensive touching incident involving a juvenile victim.
An investigation determined that the incident involved a robbery with two female suspects, according to police. Through reviewing video footage capturing the incident, police identified the first female suspect as 21-year-old Olivia Winslow, officials said.
Winslow was taken into custody on August 21, and has been charged with the following offenses:
Robbery (Second Degree) Conspiracy (Second Degree) Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Winslow was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11. She was released on her own recognizance.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
During the last night of the Democratic National Convention on Thursday, several President Trump supporters set up camp outside the Chase Center in Wilmington.
As the night progressed members of the crowd held up signs, flags, homemade posterboards, and some even chanted anti-Biden slogans. Trump supporters were joined by a fleet of billboard box trucks with anti-Biden messaging and loudspeakers. The trucks drove around Wilmington posting old video clips of Biden and messages like “Creepy Joe” and “JOKE 2020”.
For the most part, the atmosphere appeared to be jovial with supporters laughing and chanting political slogans. For one group that changed when their sign was ripped up and a child’s hat was taken. In a video posted by Students for Trump and later shared by Donald Trump Jr., two young women can be seen tearing up a Trump sign and yelling at a small boy before taking his MAGA hat. An email sent to the Wilmington Police Department regarding the incident had not been answered at the time of this posting.

2nd degree robbery and 2nd degree conspiracy are felonies in Del. The child welfare endangerment charge is upgradeable to a felony. It’s all shyts and giggles until they’re convicted of a felony or two. Once she serves her sentence she’ll learn a felony is a really sucky life changer, if she survives prison. If she thinks her wokeness crap will ingratiate herself with her fellow inmates she’s got another thing coming, in more ways than one.
