Yes, but will there be any charges filed and a conviction with real pain? They'll probably plea-bargain it down to a misdemeanor of some sort. Still, as Mark Steyn says, "the process is the punishment." She'll suffer some financial pain after paying for a lawyer and whatever fines they throw at her. And she'll have an arrest on her record (assuming she hasn't already got a dozen or more, which is not unlikely).
I spent the last twenty years of my career working for a government contractor, and a felony arrest would have been the end of it for me.

No, I aaid “If the prosecution office and judge are Democrats everything will be dismissed or reduced to probation for a year.” Charges against Democrats are dismissed or reduced by Democrat courts especially if the crime is deemed politically helpful for the left.
