The coronavirus pandemic is grounding Joe Biden’s campaign.

The former vice president’s campaign team hasn’t booked any air travel, leaving no need to lease a plane to jet around the country for political rallies, Axios reported on Monday.

I was thinking the same thing. I believe that even in a pressurized cabin, the oxygen level is roughly equivalent to being at an elevation of 9000 feet. Even a couple hours of lowered oxygen could have serious effects on JoeJoe's brain.

Biden also has the media covering for him. That might be his biggest asset of all. There is no reason why Joe cannot do live interviews from his basement bunker.

But of course he might (will) slip up and say something stupid. So the media just leaves him alone. No complaints at all about his lack of availability.

At first, I thought that this move made sense because Joe Biden is not going to campaign in person (mostly because his handlers know this would be disastrous). But then I asked, "What about Kamala Harris? Is she also going to sit out the campaign in a basement?"

Then again, if the official lie from the campaign is that rallies are dangerous for public health, sending Kamala Harris out on the trail would not fit the narrative.

But I guess that "mostly peaceful" riots still confer immunity on the attendees?

The MSM will happily carry his water all the way to November. Once he's installed they'll start counting down the days until his resignation, which will trigger the coronation of Kamala Harris i.e. Obama 2.0.
