There is no hope if GOP votes are split between a bunch of candidates for City Council against 5 DEM candidates.

In my Texas Town, City Council Candidates can’t run under an identified Political Party.

That is the rule in many California counties/cities if not all.

They are like chameleons, pretending to be moderates until a big vote comes up or they run for a higher office. Or they have too much wine at a high gear/elite social function.
