To be frank, if I had an argument with a guy, no less a brawl, and he went to his car and I thought there was a good chance he had a piece in it..I’d blast him too.

No, the first video was not edited, the fist video was shot from a completely different angle, from across the street on the drivers side of the suspect vehicle. This newer video was clearly obtained from the opposite side of the street on the passenger side of the suspect vehicle.

Useless, horrible video tells us nothing except he wouldn’t stay down and went into his car in a suicide-by-cop death move.
He opened his car door and reached inside when the cop, who already had his gun drawn, pulled the trigger. Hard to get the context, but why did they suffer him to open his car door and reach inside? That’s not restraint, that’s plain stupid. Why were their guns drawn in the first place? No context, no conclusion.

I can’t make out a damned thing, because the phone camera keeps moving around. I hear hysterical screaming and then shots. No satisfactory footage.
Inner city mob mentality is almost entirely instinctual. They see a perceived insult and react immediately by destroying their surroundings. When they are finished with the cities, where do you think they will go? Pretty soon calling somebody an animal will be racist.
