The father-in-law of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's closest aide has reportedly said Johnson plans to stand down in six months because of lingering health problems caused by the novel coronavirus.

The Times of London's Diary column reported a conversation between Humphry Wakefield, the father of Dominic Cummings' wife, Mary, and a woman named Anna Silverman last week in which he is said to have told her that Johnson would resign early next year because of the lasting effects of his time in intensive care.

“The father-in-law of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s closest aide ...”

This is what passes for a reliable source in the print media these days?

People who came as close to edge as Boris have a very very high rate of lingering damage. Possibly permanent.

Based on studies I’ve read

Thanks. I spotted the fake news just by the headlines - “according to Dominic Cummings Father in Law.” Starting the whole article with gossip and second hand comment? Document first. If Johnson utters it himself, then I might believe it.

My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it’s pretty serious.

He’s been a complete failure on stopping illegal immigration invasion into Britain. Actually putting up migrant scumbags in hotels and arresting people who try and film it.

“Gossip” very very often is a precursor to the outright admission in politics. This has legs because it is from someone who would know the gossip. And of course Boris would deny it at this point even if true. ...but I tend to believe its not true at this point. perhaps something just talked about

IF ... IF ... this were true, the Brits have a big problem. Boris is the closest PM since Winnie.

Granddaughter works at a SoCal hospital. Everyone placed on a ventilator at her hospital has died. Many who survive have serious permanent damage to various organs; kidneys, heart, liver, etc. Wuhan/CCP virus wreaks havoc on many who get it.
