It’s 18 for any firearm, rifle or handgun, WI doesn’t distinguish. Unless legally hunting. Then it’s 14, 12 if with an adult.
I suppose the Federal law would preempt a Wisconsin law, or lack of one. The usconcealledcarry site doesn’t make that clear.
