I think I read in a post earlier that, by Wisconsin law, he was legally carrying. Hey, I read it on the internet so you know it’s true.
Still, this kid had training and would know the gun laws. My bet is that he was legal.

I did not watch it but I hope Lin Wood has seen it if it is evidence of the shooting.
I read that KR, aged 17, possessing a firearm while under age 18 is a misdemeanor.
In the YT comments section, a writer opines, “We would’ve sent such a boy in with troops during WWII, and not given a second thought”.
Not saying he shouldn't defend himself, but had no business being there. He is 17 for crying out loud.
Hit “confirm” to watch video. It’s not as gruesome as other Kenosha-wounds videos.
So two out of three guys were either felons or known to have
committed felonious activity.
The problem with mobs, is you don’t have any idea what took
place moments before just meters away.
These guys may have thought he was a bad shooter. I’ll
grant I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt (by a mile),
but you can’t know for sure.
The guy with the glock is lucky to be alive. He may never
regain use of his arm, but then that may be lucky for the
next person he would have tried to shoot with that glock.
That guy in the red shirt was an obvious a. h. It doesn’t
surprise me one bit he was trying to firebomb the kid.
In another video I saw, it appeared very clear to me that
it was a molitov cocktail. I could be wrong, but there
seemed to be some splash as it hit at the feet of the
seventeen year old.
I was glad to see some different angles here.
You know, I don’t want to pile on the guy in the red shirt,
him dead and all, but he seemed like he was looking for a
notch in his gun handle so to speak. He was itching to
take someone out that night. You could see it in his
attitude. He wanted to rumble so bad he could barely
contain it. And then he didn’t...
Tell that to all the dead 17 year olds buried at Normandy or at McGavock cemetery
