Idaho Legislature Advances Resolution to End Governors' Emergency Covid Orders
On August 25, lawmakers in Idaho’s House voted to advance a resolution that ends Idaho Governor Brad Little’s Coronavirus Emergency Declaration. Good for them! In my opinion, this needs to happen in nearly every jurisdiction in our country.
Someone has to be the first to get the ball rolling.

Then you have Indiana..... stupid Holcomb has extended the “masks” for another month. I’m ashamed to say he’s a Republican..... he won’t get my vote at the next election. The RNC had better find a better candidate or IN will have a D in the spot...…. just plain scary either way.
Same type of thing in OKC, where Mayor David Holt took it upon himself to extend their mandate until Nov. 30. That’s bullshit. Why extend a stupid mandate when numbers (especially deaths) are dropping-dropping-dropping?
Unless there’s something i’m overlooking, the only answer left is POWER.
Kansas City mayor Lucas Quinton extended the mask mandate to January 15, 2021!!!!!!!!

Here in KY our worthless governor keeps extending his mask mandate. The Republican legislature is powerless to stop him until they convene in January next year. Impeachment is said to be under consideration. Rewriting the emergency authorization law will definitely be highest priority.
REALLY, I had not heard that. Louisville delivered KY to Beshears but KY citizens should have known what they were getting since his dad was just Gov a few years ago. Bevin shot himself in the foot with his mouth.
PA legislature followed the law (title 35) and by joint resolution terminated the emergency, but our supreme court rewrote the law. Hope they fare better.

I think Bevin’s ‘bad mouthing’ could be compared to Trump’s tweeting. One needs to look beyond those foibles and instead base your selection on the candidates’ record and political agenda. Given that criteria, Bevin would have won re-election and so will Trump.

Apart from being vile and cruel to the citizens of the city by forcing everyone to appear sick wearing their face maxipads all the time, the little tyrant running KC is clearly a never-Trumper and deserves to be “toppled” from his throne.
