Trump should use pert of this in an ad....DC is unsafe and no one cares
The people who were verbally assaulted and as well as physically assaulted should sue the mayor and the city and anyone connected with the lack of police protection
this a must watch video...should be en by all women voters
I was telling someone today that I rode the Metro into DC, several days per week, for many years - without ever a moment of fear or worry.
I wouldn’t enter the District for anything, now.
No doubt frightening for the senator. Imagine how it was for those without a police escort.
Safe casual passage back then?
At the time did you watch the new first run show Gilligan's Island? Or was it earlier when my grandmother, sister and I saw John F. Kennedy running for the nomination, from about two feet away?

Yes. A definite must-do for the Trump campaign. No excuses. Maybe add "while Biden and his supporters press for defunding and disbanding police in your city."
Doubt they surrounded regular, random Joes with the same intensity as Rand Paul or any prominent Republican.
Here's the Washington Examiner piece that Kelley Paul wrote describing the incident:

I rode the Metro for about 10 years, mid 1980s to mid 1990s. I never had a problem, almost never feared anyone or even had my journey disrupted by technical issues; it was a lot of fun, and an excellent service.
I’ve ridden it less frequently, but equally confidently, in more recent years.
But in the last couple of years, I’ve stayed away from it. The City I was born in, and always proudly considered my own, isn’t what it used to be.
I will say that the cops did come forward and help Rand Paul and his wife...but there was one terrifying video of an unidentified middle-aged couple walking back to their hotel (two blocks) and being harassed and threatened by a bunch of Dem loonies while the cops stood at the end of the street and just watched.
Also, I got the feeling that the cops acted on their own in the case of Rand Paul. They seemed to be bicycle cops who probably werent really supposed to intervene and had been put out just because the odious mayor felt she at least had to pretend that she wanted to protect the attendees. But they did a good job.
PDJT and them should have seen them coming...where was the secret service?
And only a few years after he was attacked by a neighbor, suffering broken ribs and injuring his lung, leading to having pneumonia twice.
Id like to hear from Rep Jeff Van Drew.
I don’t think Rand Paul has or will ever fully recover from that front lawn beat-down. From what I read at the time, he came close to dying. The idiot neighbor received only the bare minimum of punishment.
Half the country and most of Swamp DC yawns.
The next level is killing. It's obvious the left has plenty of white martyrs for the cause.
