Not only is it wrong, but the truth is almost always exactly 180 degrees opposite. their intent is to deceive.
But the way Karl Marx did it, if it did not match reality you just lied or made up the statistics to match your greater truth. He held that the ends justify the means and that capitalism must be destroyed no matter the cost and despite false data, unprovable hypotheses, obtuse abstractions. or amount of lies it takes.
