The White House said late Sunday that President Donald Trump is still planning to visit the Wisconsin city of Kenosha despite its mayor and governor urging him to reconsider as the city attempts to heal amid the unrest that erupted following last week’s police shooting of a 29-year-old black man.
“The White House has been humbled by the outreach of individuals from Kenosha who have welcomed the president’s visit and are longing for leadership to support local law enforcement and businesses that have been vandalized,” Judd Deere, the White House deputy press secretary, said in a statement. “President Trump looks forward to visiting on Tuesday and helping this great city heal and rebuild.” […]

They want him to stay in DC where they can blame him from a distance. Well, now he’s there, say it to his face Democrats.

There are people there who support him at least perhaps they can be comforted for all the damage that was done by out of towners torching their town.
I trust the President. Now that is not to say that some out of towners will come back and torch the town again but I do think they have been on alert and someone did tip the police about the ones who came to torch the town again but were foiled.

the hosts are local conservatives and the agitators are outsiders, so this is a good place for trump to appear.
agitators probably want to stay low since trump’s feds are probably well prepared. that said, it might be a good time for them to try to party, and for the result to be a warning to other agitators with grandiose designs.
I’m hoping there will be more supporters for President Trump present, along with whatever law enforcement, secret service, etc. that the a-holes will decide to stay home. He may have some Republican members of the House with him as well. Strength in numbers.
I think they’re charged up for murder. That’s why. You, me, the President.
This is pothead land, nobody is likely to support Trump there.
