Thanks for the twitter clip of Biden's incoherent rant - but damn, what was the story regarding the clip right above the Biden speech? Some 'white' guy walking through what seems to be a decent neighborhood - in broad daylight - and some scum with a brick in his hand running up from behind and clubbing him on the back of his head. A cowardly act of attempted murder. I hope they caught the assailant, but if it was a Democrat city, I doubt the law enforcement folks (DA, police) would even attempt to track the criminal down.
