Who would have thought a hastily passed law, passed a an emergency measure without committee or public hearings would be a disaster.

Sure, let people individually sue a officer in court for any reason and force them to spend time/money to defend them selves and if they followed the law, they are only out attorney fees.

This sounds like something developed by the “Lawfare” group to subvert any semblance of law and order. You can bet the intent is for hundreds of lawsuits to plague the police until they all quit. I wonder if the politicians and lawyers behind this stopped to think what happens when the police are gone, and there is nothing to stop the public from eliminating them for a reset.

Looks like Police are rising up against these no good Governors. Could be the way to go before all is said and done.

Which will be some large multiple of their annual salary. But it's ok, matching sarcasm with sarcasm. I am sure the attorney will be happy to secure the fees with a mortgage on their house. Who cares? They are police. They are racist. They had it coming. Especially the black, asian and latino police officers.

Defund the Governator.

He needs fundamental reform.

Of those ballots, Lamont received 687 votes of “No Confidence,” Commissioner James Rovella received 681 votes of “No Confidence,” and Lt. Colonel J. Scott Eckersley received 682 votes of “No Confidence.”

This comes about one month after Lamont signed a controversial police reform bill into law.

These results have sent a clear and direct message.

Um... So does this even do anything? It's not like the union has the power to remove any of those people?

Lamont comes from an old Red Family re uncle Corliss Lamont, an identified CPUSA member, possible Soviet asset, and financial moneybags for the communist/New Left including VVAW (the pro-Hanoi Vietnam Veterans Against the War in Vietnam).

See: www.keywiki.org and www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org for more information. A lot more exists about Lamont’s CPUSA support activities including for their fronts and publications such as his contribution of an article in the CPUSA front publication, “New World Review”, Fall 1967 edition entitled “New World Review: 50 years of the USSR”, Nov. 7. 1917 - November 7, 1967”.

His article was entitled “Bulwark of Peace”.

Like magazine size limits which don’t include exceptions for police, nor allow them to legally transfer them, and which prohibit police from checking out weapons.

WHY NOT PASS LAWS THAT ALLOW YOU TO SUE A POLITICIAN WHILE IN OFFICE FOR THE LAWS THEY CONSTRUCT AND PASS?
