Doubt it. Bridgeport, Waterbury, Hartford, New Haven, Willimantic, and New London do us in.
The last few elections it has always been Bridgeport or Hartford that have last minute issues, then magically find enough ballots to flip the race.
For a small city, you think Williamantic would be more conservative, but it is full of progressives and illegals. The nearness of UCONN does not help.
