Starve them financially. Make it illegal for them to use ANY personal data or knowledge to target advertising. Let new PRIVACY laws defang the beasts. Change how they are characterized legally so they can no longer discriminate against their chosen targets and in favor of their allies.
Deprive them of ALL H1Bs. Remove all their extraordinary legal protections and make them subject to extraordinarily high fines and civil damages for even minor offenses.
