Federal and state investigators raided a Pennsylvania nursing home Thursday where hundreds of residents and staff members tested positive for coronavirus and dozens have died, authorities said.
Investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the state attorney general’s office and other agencies executed the search warrant at Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center northeast of Pittsburgh, said Scott Brady, U.S. Attorney for Pennsylvania’s Western District.

Two nursing homes are named in the article, both owned by the same company.
That company is not named. Why not?
There has been a rash of predatory, profiteering, cost and staffing slashing companies gobbling up local nursing homes with no real oversight by feds or states, despite previous bad records and bad faith acts by said companies. Acts like rationing residents to one adult diaper a day, having food delivered instead of cooked on premises. Pizza and undercooked vegetables are not suitable for people with bad teeth, swallowing or digestive disorders.
Then there is not paying staff health insurance without telling them, or increasing patient load by 50%, as well as gross negligence in providing protective equipment.
So what is the company and who are the owners.
Sadly that was my first feeling too. Then to add more doubt this is an NBC story. We'll see, but the norm is the FBI protects corrupt white liberal 'elites'... We'll have to wait to see what comes of this.
Wonder if this is the nursing home where Rachel Levine pulled her mother out of?
Maybe they were looking on nursing homes as just “Pest Houses”.
I am rereading THE PLAGUE AND THE FIRE by James Leasor which I first read way back in 1962. Great book on the handling of the 1664-1665 plague in London. I see so many things in it that are happening today. Difference is they did not know what was causing the plague back then. Wonder if the Big Cities will now have a fire afterward to clean the areas.
I see the mental case plenty on Facebook.
