The Fraternal Order of Police on Friday endorsed President Donald Trump for re-election in 2020.
The endorsement was made through canvassing the more than 355,000 members throughout the country, according to a release from the union.
National President Patrick Yoes said that the endorsement was unanimous.

Doesn’t the FOP usually refrain from endorsing a person for President. And even when they do it’s usually a Dem is it not?
Unanimous? That sounds a bit unlikely from 355,000 members.

“Police” and “union”. Those two words should never be in the same sentence.
The process was that each local lodge took a vote; those went to their State Lodges and then on to the Grand (national) Lodge.
In my lodge, after just one sentence from the VP “Joe Biden supports defending the Police” the vote for DJT was loud and unanimous.
Replicated nationwide? Absolutely.
