everyone should see “The Trayvon Hoax”, and especially take note of Crump and Matt Gutman of ABC.
it’s truly shocking no MSM has even mentioned it. Gilbert did tell Michelle Malkin in a podcast that he was booked 3 times by Fox News, but cancelled.
meanwhile, Murdoch’s Harper Collins has published Crump’s book! what!
VIDEO: The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America

In this stunning work of investigative journalism, filmmaker Joel Gilbert uncovers the true story of the shooting of Trayvon Martin, a case that divided America. By examining Trayvons 750-page phone records, Gilbert discovers that Rachel Jeantel, the key witness whose testimony led to the prosecution of George Zimmerman, was a fraud. Gilbert’s research takes him to the high schools of Miami Gardens, into the back alleys of Little Haiti, and finally to Florida State University where he finds Trayvon’s real girlfriend, Diamond Eugene, the girl who actually was on the phone with Trayvon in his final minutes. Gilbert confirms his revelations with forensic handwriting analysis and DNA testing. He then exposes in detail the most consequential hoax in recent judicial history and reveals how The Trayvon Hoax was ground zero for the downward spiral of race relations in America. This incredible film and book have the potential to bring America back together again.

Some revealing reactions to Joel Gilberts new film.
by Jack Cashill
The attorney who orchestrated this fraud, Gilbert makes clear, was none other than Benjamin Crump, the ringmaster of the George Floyd show and the subject of an upcoming Netflix documentary. If enough young black viewers watch Gilberts film and speak out, the Crump film will never air...

12 Aug 2020: American Spectator: Zimmerman Suit Spells Trouble for Black Lives Matter
They have a dismal record of blowing up racial killings that turn out to be nothing of the kind.
by Jack Cashill
I read the Second Amended Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial filed August 12 on behalf of George Zimmerman against Sybrina Fulton, Benjamin Crump, et al. without illusion. The major media will shrug off the suit, and even the trial if it comes to that, and Black Lives Matter (BLM) will likely continue on its meretricious way.
But maybe not...
Benjamin Crump, the seeming heir to Al Sharptons perverse race riot fiefdom, confirmed the validity of social philosopher Eric Hoffers observation, Every great cause begins as a movement, becomes a business, and eventually degenerates into a racket. Zimmermans lawsuit has the potential to show just what a racket the civil rights movement has become...
With impressive clarity, the Zimmerman lawsuit lays out the case against the defendants Trayvons father Tracy Martin, Trayvons mother Sybrina Fulton, Eugene, Jeantel, Crump, and HarperCollins, the publisher of Crumps compendium of lies, Legalized Genocide of Colored People. First, the facts, presented in the suit:...

Joe Biden’s wise opinions on this matter are clearly needed.
We dont know all the facts yet, of course. But if the article is to be believed, the cop went from trying to grab the bat, to firing his taser, to firing his pistol all in the span of 40 seconds. That is not a point in his favor.
I saw the video. The black guy was acting weirdly. But he wasnt charging anyone (that I could see). As you noted, that cop just might be a time bomb or as a fricking moron.
The cop knew that he was on camera so I doubt he was itching to shoot someone.
I can not imagine any use of force policy that would not consider this a deadly force encounter. If a person were to get hit in the head with a bat serious bodily harm or death would be the result.
When it comes to use of force the Supreme Court asks the question would a reasonable person act in the same way. I believe that firing one shot at a person who is threatening ones life with a bat is reasonable.
So anyone holding a baseball bat, in a store that sells baseball bats, should be subject to being shot?
How is that not a point in his favor? If that is true then the cop went through a use of force continuum increasing the use of force as the suspect continued to resist and threaten the lives of the officers. What else were the officers suppose to do? Everything else had failed.
were the batteries charged in the taser? Personally I find the taser energizing. Gives me a jolt, gets me moving.
One good hit to the head with a baseball bat and you are either dead or brain damaged/crippled. That idiot brought a bat to a gun fight.
No but most people holding a bat have no intent of harming anyone. Intent, means and opportunity are three things that need to be considered before using force.
You can take the Man or Woman out of Africa, but you can’t take the Africa out of the Man or Woman.
Isn’t that the Continent where they still chop people with machete’s or pile tires on them and set them on fire?
And it only took about 5 months for someone to post an article about a guy threatening people with a bat.
in the context of this story, moron
AAAWW; their just pissed because they can’t ENSLAVE US.
He could still give that a shot. I am willing to give him another chance.
I don’t see the problem with calling the person a “man.”
It’s more precise.
I support the blue and I don’t believe I have ever criticized a cop on FR, though I have argued on behalf of several.
Maybe I saw a different video than you did, but the cop appeared to me to be some distance, at least a few feet, away from the perp.
Maybe the black man was closer, maybe the cop felt definitely threatened. Maybe in ordinary times this shooting would have made the papers, caused a fuss for a few days, and melted away.
These aren’t ordinary times. Another black man is dead, some or all of it is on tape, and the entitled public—the great vast anti-American public—are in a lynching mood.
What I tried to say in my post is that it is shocking to me that any half-informed cop has got to realize now that he is out there on his own, that the normal rules-—the GOOD rules, no longer effing count.
DON’T RISK IT.
> How is that not a point in his favor? If that is true then the cop went through a use of force continuum... <
Going through a use of force continuum is good. But if you do it all in less than 40 seconds...thats maybe not so good. It might show the officer had panicked to some extent. That was my point.
There are cases where waiting 40 seconds before shooting is way too long. But I saw the video. The black guy was a threat. But was he a possible lethal threat, or probable lethal threat? Its not obvious to me. It will take a jury to decide that.
if he wasn’t a threat to anyone why call the cops
in cali you can steal up to 750 bucks or 900 bucks of stuff and the cops wont come
