Did the judge at least concede that there’s a triable issue of fact whether or not a protester was being peaceable?

That order doesn’t restrict the police against rioters or breakers of the law. I’m okay with PEACEFUL PROTESTERS being left alone. You throw a projectile at a cop and you’re going to the ground.
Keep using them on the rioters though
Cops should say ok... IF we find any “Peaceful Protesters”, everybody else gets their asses gassed, choked , and beat.
I think there should be protests at this judge’s home.
