Let us not forget that POTUS Trump was a New York Businessman, not a D.C. Swamp Dweller.
Everyone rags on him for making poor Staffing choices, but he has had to depend on entrenched D.C. Republican Politicians to advise and suggest People to fill those vacancies in his Administration.
It’s a classic Mr. Smith goes to Washington scenario. Who can you trust if not the Members of your chosen Political Party when you show up in a new Town without any Allies?
