Super computer analysis of Covid-19
This is an interesting read and correlates a lot to many of things we have been discussing over the past 6 months. Such as the virus enters the body through the ACE2 receptor in the nose. Then proceeds to other ACE2 receptors in the intestines, kidneys and heart. It then tricks the body into upregulating ACE2 receptors in places where they are usually low like the lungs.
It then as we have suggested affects the renin-angiotension system (RAS). I have a flow chart of this in previous discussions. It then downregulates ACE. This is the interesting part as ACE is used to degrade bradykinin so when the virus takes over you have a buildup of bradykinin i.e. bradykinin storm.
So bradykinin increases vascular permeability which means vessels start leaking meaning as we have discussed many times Covid-19 is a vascular disease and not a respiratory one. The leaky vessels cause fluid accumulation and inflammation.
It also increases hyaluronic acid in the lungs which is used in soaps forming a substance like jello in the lungs to breath through. Thus making ventilators less effective.
The RAS system and bradykinin are also responsible for control of heart contractions and blood pressure. So theoretically this could cause the arrhythmias and hypotension (low blood pressure) sometimes seen in Covid-19.
Increased bradykinin also breaks down the blood brain barrier which is what protects the brain from harmful chemicals. This allows harmful substances into the brain and could cause significant neurological symptoms to develop.
In addition they go on to say as we have proposed that Vitamin D is a potentially useful Covid-19 drug. I have another compelling study on this also to share later. They state that Vitamin D is involved in the RAS system and could stop the bradykinin storm from forming.
I am a simple person who likes simple analysis. What I see is the graph lines FLAT but the left is inflating up more fake numbers and BS.
Covid-19 is NOTHING but the Flu......PERIOD!!
