On September 13, 2020, at approximately 4:13 PM, Lancaster County-Wide Communications received a 911 call for a domestic in the 300 block of Laurel Street in Lancaster City. The caller related that her brother was reportedly becoming aggressive with his mother and was attempting to break into her house. Several officers from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police responded to the call and the first officer arrived at 4:24 pm. The first officer on the scene walked to the front of the residence and made contact with a woman, who was identified as a family member. A male subject then exited the front door of the residence and began chasing the officer. Preliminary information and body worn camera footage indicates that the male subject had a knife in his right hand as he was chasing the officer. The officer fired several shots from his firearm, striking the subject.

So much for it being a 14 year old autistic kid, and the cop never leaving his patrol car. Those were the unfounded rumors twitter allowed to spread last night. Guess they’re too focused on editing Trump’s tweets to prevent actual posts that incite violence.
How did they release a press release on 9-12, discussing an incident that happened in 9-13?

BTW, been checking out Upstate NY media reports of the shooting and the riot. All the enemedia reports have been sympathetic to the dead perp and the rioters. And none have mentioned what was spray painted on the building, what was thrown by the rioters, or that the dead perp chased the cop with the knife.
That (the attack) was fast.
This shows the split-second decisions that must be made by the police in incidents of this type.

Probably because grew up without hearing the whistle of a belt a it was quickly pulled through belt loops, nor felt the sting when the belt was applied to their posterior. They don't have an understanding of discipline, were told they were special, and given participation trophies.
It’s my understanding that black kids get beat plenty so I don’t think that’s it. Beating kids with electric cords is something seen rarely outside the black community. I don’t think more beating will solve this.
