That’s when they’re going after the rural vote; thing is, they don’t really need to put in much effort with those folks, not compared to the utterly stupid suburban housewives (and, NO, I don’t believe that they’re ALL stupid - I’m married to one who is pretty smart, after all - but most of them would easily be certified as morons if they could find their way to the testing center).
