But within minutes, Scaramucci was suggesting something so absurd that it would have gotten him flunked out of a first-year course. The Mooch proposed that the Justice Department be taken out of the president's control and be "moved over to the Supreme Court."

You know, I’ve always wondered if the Mooch thing isn’t an act...think about it...he comes on to the scene as a staunch Trump supporter and Trump makes him his mouthpiece just long enough to get rid of Priebus...then the make it look like a falling out, Mooch goes to the “dark” side and is a huge distraction for the media “hurting” (not really) Trump, makes outlandish statements that by any sane person are ignored out of hand, and makes a few bucks at the same time...meanwhile and and Trump are laughing their a_s off at how the media took this hook, line and sinker.
The Mooch is definitely an interesting character.
I don’t know if President Trump is in on his shtick, but I do think that the Mooch saw the profit possibilities in turning into a bitter Trump opponent, and is playing it for all it’s worth.
So, he wants the judiciary to be both judge and prosecutor. The Judge Sullivan approach.
I've begun to wonder if Bolton and The Mooch et al are deliberately absurd and working for POTUS' reelection.

Well, the Justice Dept. is part of the Executive Branch, which is under the ultimate control of the president.
Hah! Think this means Scar believes Trump is going to win the election! He wouldn’t suggest such nonsense if he were convinced Biden would win.
Scaramucci and his wife split during the campaign. She was a virulent anti-Trumper. He wasn’t even present for the birth of their baby. They have since reconciled and you have to wonder if his anti Trump rants are a concession to the wife.
This poor bastard is so hurt and woke that he promotes a Constitutional Amendment to move the Justice Department over to the Judicial Branch of Government.
Think about this, lawyers making presentations, to the people that control their department {and personal career}.
What could go wrong there?
