Kamala Harris talks gun violence, COVID-19 in one-on-one interview with Jim Gardner

Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris made her Philadelphia campaign debut Thursday, which included a one-on-one interview with 6abc's Jim Gardner.

She said gun violence is something we need to focus on as a nation, including the implementation of a smart gun safety law.

"Where you see these high rates of violence, these are also the communities where there's lack of ownership, where there are underfunded public schools, things of that nature. So, all of these things need to happen in addition to making sure that there are the resources to investigate those cases," Harris said.

1) No such thing as a “smart gun”.
2) If there were, requiring that all firearms have “smart” features would be un-Constitutional; what part of “the right to keep and bear ARMS shall not be infringed” is beyond her grasp?

What’s with these allegedly underfunded public schools?

I’ve heard that many big city school systems spend more per capita on publc education than the national average, yet have poor outcomes.

And im sure a Venn diagram would show a big overlap between these school systems and Democrats in charge of those schools.
