If they still want to force masks on the vaccinated... why?

As soon as people choosing the vaccinations have had a chance to receive them, yes. That will happen pretty fast, too, with manufacturing already in process. Hundreds of millions of shots will be ready before vaccinations begin. It's part of the plan.
