Biden has consistently struck out for decades, even when he was at the top of his game.

Dude just ain't got game and never has.

He has been the butt of jokes about his lack of smart and lack of competency since the 1970s.

Seriously, Osama bin Ladin’s evil plan to destroy America consisted of assassinating President Obama (reluctantly, of course. Professional courtesy and all.) putting Biden in as President. And, as plans go, it was a good one having a better chance of success in destroying America than bringing down the World Trade Center ever had.
