If Ginsberg died of pancreatic cancer, then she’s been a member of the walking dead for weeks, if not months. It’s incredible that she’d grimly hang on to the job under such circumstances, trying to survive past the election. It shows just what a partisan person she was.

Roberts should recuse himself from any decision until a new justice is seated, just to make it fair. So all decisions until then will be 4-3. :-)

Rest In Peace. She always reminded me of one of maternal aunts from my childhood. As much as I disagreed with her politics, her friendship of the late Antonin Scalia speaks volumes about her being a representative of now-lost generation when civility trumped politics in daily life.
I have been physically training hard for several weeks now. I believe it is the duty of every patriot to be ready to stand up for our country and our Constitution this November. I expect things to be absolutely wild, but I hope I am wrong.
