Republicans are too weak to ram a nominee through before November 3rd. The Dems would if they held the Senate. They’d just say, “Look, really important work needs to get done on the court, this can’t wait.”
They’re going to do it. The Senate is R, that makes a difference, and Is why Obama couldn’t do it in 2016. Just heard this on Fox.
