My Senate poll model is currently predicting a 50-50 Senate. The last time that happened, Trent Lott was snookered into a power sharing deal that lasted only until the Democrats got Jim Jeffords to flip. Then they turned on Lott over his Strom Thurmond birthday comments and hounded him out of the Senate.
This is just another example of how the Democrats never stop scheming and plotting, and why they can never be trusted no matter what they say or agree to.
