Given this scenario, would be hilarious to select an actually conservative female judge for nomination just to screw that plan up.
That’s a good point about litigating election results. I had not even thought of that. They just lost a critical vote in the highest court in the land if we were to have another situation like Bush v Gore 2000.
And if it is a tie in the SC, the decision of the lower court stands, which will most likely be the PA or MI court and we know what that decision
would be even before a case is brought.
