She should then just say if Trump wins and she wins in November, then she would be a ‘yes’. That would motivate people to vote for her.

But as it stands, I think it’s going to deflate the base, and her election chances will take a big hit.

All the people who are on the ballot this year will have to wait just like President Trump will since the ballots are purposefully being delayed for fraud purposes. Why does she think she will be immune from it. I wouldn’t be surprised once the fraud is done that all the republicans lose.

I agree with your comments.

Read a great article that dived into USSC appointment in similar situations. The reality is they, except for one, got confirmed before the current term ended.

One thing I took from this analysis was that the time to confirmation today will probably range between 45-60 days.

So she can have the best of both worlds. Appear to oppose this for her citizens BEFORE the election and then do what she wishes AFTER. This even if both she and President Trump are both lame ducks.
