Yes, it was a good day at the festival. Cool temps, and cloudy courtesy of TS Beta. But no rain. We’ve sold out of several of the Trump items we had for sale and are low on the freebies we had. A LOT of young people - I’m talkin’ teens - stopped by to chat. A very fun day.

It sounds like we have similar temps tonight. Mid 60s feel mighty good, don’t they?

I hope your energy is back now after the stressful trip home fom JH.

((LOL)) Well, we had a great visit to Comanche Lake yesterday. Here are the pics

Today is KFC Day. We also plan on doing Comanche lake again later today.

We are also watching Beta on the Texas Coast. I have family who live in Houston. We'll see what happens.

It looks like Gizmo had fun dragging you around and sniffing whatever it is he smelled in the tall grass. At least he didn’t find something smelly to roll in. LOL

KFC day. Yum yum. I know you both enjoy that.

I’m keeping a closer eye on Teddy right now because it’s going to be so close to Bermuda. My oldest cousin just went through Paulette last weekend and doesn’t need a second hit. They SAY Teddy will make a right turn and pass east of the islands but hurricanes don’t always do what’s predicted.
*sigh*

I hope your family in Houston don’t have problems from Beta.

Thanks. we’ll see what happens. Right now it’s forecast to just be a tropical storm but these things are so unpredictable.
