Just heard George Stephanopoulus on the Radio say he was told the Dems have plans to Impeach Trump and/or Barr to prevent the SCOTUS hearings and Vote.
Impeachment, Schiff is ready.
And It’ll get an immediate no-trial dismissal in the Senate.
The turtle and the rest of the Senate pubbies would dismiss any charges out of hand and it would drive even Suzy Q and the Alaskan Cow to vote for ACB.

The Senate would vote on the day that happened to confirm, even before any Senator got a chance to ax ACB a single question.
If the idiot Rats try another phony impeachment , the outcome will be same as the first—Trump’s approval numbers will go up again and Trump will win by an even larger margin.
The House morons can’t stop Trump from nominating a new justice, and they can’t stop the Senate from voting to confirm.

I think what they are counting on is the fact that once the House sends articles of impeachment to the Senate, the Senate must immediately take up the the impeachment trial, and nothing else can be addressed until the trial is over.
