Sorry, but for now, the U.S. Constitution still is in effect. And the House of Representatives has no role in the confirmation process in the Constitution.

Silly me — I was unaware that the house played a roll in advise and consent to presidential appointments. That pesky constitution thing really does make her quite mad.

Mitch needs to tell her to go pound sand like he did before with the impeachment hoax. She needs to stay in her lane.

Yes, it would be equally as good as the last impeachment for nothing illegal — imagine — getting impeached for PERFORMING the constitutional duties!

There is nothing the House can do to force any action by the Senate.

At least not legally.

All they can do is apply political pressure. Their goal being to dissuade 4 Republican senators from doing their duty.

“There is nothing the House can do to force any action by the Senate.”
They could impeach him again and then the Senate would need to act on that running out the clock till election. Then with massive fraud tie up the lame duck period with lawsuits.

I think her plan is to do a speedy impeachment, send it to the Senate, and tie up the Senate.

I don’t think that would work. The Senate can decide to take it up after the SC vote

True that, but Crazy Nancy could unleash another false impeachment or other investigations to tie up the White House. Nancy is nothing but devious.

She can only delay it if she gets the cooperation of enough Republican Senators.
